Verify your registration

1. You can access the Identity Verification from [Profile] - [Verification].

2. Click [Go to identify verification] on the Personal Details field.

3. Enter your personal information, select your country of residence, you will then see the list of verification requirements for your specific country/region.

4. Next, you will need to upload pictures of your ID documents. Please choose the type of ID and the country your documents were issued. Most users can choose to verify with a passport or ID card. Please make sure that all the information entered is consistent with your ID documents.

5. After that, the system will ask you to choose your upload method. You can continue your verification by your Mobile phone / Take photo of your ID documents using webcam / Upload file from your device.

6. Follow the instructions to upload photos of your document. Your photos should clearly show the full ID document. Follow the instructions and put your ID document in front of the camera. For example, if you are using an ID card, you have to take photos of the front and back of your ID card.

Click [Start] to capture the front and back of your ID document.

Please make sure all the details are clearly visible. Click [Confirm] to proceed.

7. Click [Continue] to finish face verification on your phone. Please do not wear hats, glasses, or use filters, and make sure that the lighting is sufficient.

After reading your face, the registration will go into standby mode.

8. Your account verification response will appear as successful.

What if the registration is not verified?

If the registration information is incorrect, an email with the following value will be sent to your registered email address.

• [NAME_NOT_MATCHING]: Your name is different. Please note that your last name must be in LATIN / ENGLISH /.
• [ID_ALREADY_EXISTS]: An account has been created based on the information you submitted. Please note that the user can only create 1 account and cannot create it again.
• [BIRTHDAY_NOT_MATCHING]: Your date of birth is different. Please check your information and resubmit.
• [ERROR_NOT_READABLE ID & PASSPORT]: An error means that the information on the document cannot be read, and the ID card or passport photo you sent does not meet the quality requirements. / Too blurred, no focus, too far away, too dark, too light /
• [DENIED_UNSUPPORTED_ID TYPE]: You can only verify your registration with your ID card and passport. Documents that cannot be used for registration and verification are sent. / Including ID card photo, ID card reference, Driver's license, and other photos, etc./
